Q: Where are the prices?
A: M. Cornell Importers sells to established businesses only — we do not sell directly to consumers. Anyone may browse our catalog, but you must have an account to view pricing and make online purchases. Setting up your account is easy. Once your Resale Tax ID # has been confirmed we will e-mail your account number within one business day. If you are a consumer, please feel free to contact us with your zip code and we will provide you a list of retailers in your area.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days and shipping time is based on FedEx and UPS standard shipping times varying from 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Q: Are all the items listed on the website in stock?
A: No. Our entire line is listed on the website and is available for order, however, some items may be temporarily on backorder. If you need to know if a specific item is in stock, please contact us.
Q: Do you cancel backorders automatically?
A: Not normally. We only cancel backordered items if the total amount of the order remaining is less than $30.00 or if requested by the customer. Once a year in January or February we send a notice of all backordered items still on order for your records.
