TERMS: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and may grant open account upon receipt and verification of credit references. Please contact us if you would like to apply for open account. All merchandise remains the property of M. Cornell until paid in full. Prices are subject to change without notice
MINIMUM ORDER: Our minimum order is $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will be assessed a service charge of $5.00.
SHIPPING: We ship all packages via Fedex Ground unless otherwise requested. Items that are in stock will ship out in 7-10 business days. Orders where a faster shipping method (Fedex Saver, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air) is selected will ship out within 3-4 business days.
RETURNS: No merchandise may be returned without written authorization. All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Damaged or defective items must be returned on a call tag provided by M. Cornell Importers, Inc. before credit or replacement items will be processed. Call tags are mailed via US Postal Service and typically arrive in 5-7 business days. Return of undamaged products is the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited if product is damaged on return due to poor packaging.
